Summary: I absolutely loved my night here. My only regret was that I only had 1 night! For sure I would return. Its just outside the city center which is fabulous if you value peace and quiet as I do. I loved the property that included a path to the river, hammocks, a lovely outdoor breakfast area, and a pool that had changing stalls and bathrooms. Even the walk to the river had bathrooms nearby and campsites which I would definitely make use of given the opportunity! The room itself is basic but very clean and comfortable. Hot water shower which good water pressure and soap, if you need. The ladies who ran the hotel were very thorough in their explanations of the property and were so helpful, especially when I found out that my night tour was not in the city center and I needed a ride. Amazing people in a little slice of heaven that ended up being a highlight of my month in Ecuador. 100% recommend and would definitely return Thank you again for everything, including ensuring that I came back safely after my night tour 🙏 I appreciate you all so much!

Summary: Excellent staff; very accommodating. We have some dietary restrictions and they were able to still provide us with luscious meals. They were always available to help whether calling a taxi or helping us with laundry. They went above and beyond by allowing a late checkout as our bus was not until the end of the day.

Summary: Beautiful place to stay. They set out food for birds, so every morning at breakfast there are beautiful birds to observe. One of the owners, Maria, works so hard to make sure everything is perfect. She speaks English well and tries to make her guests happy with their stay. She answers all the Whats app messages, checks people in to the hotels, helps serve breakfast, and helps clean the rooms. She is on top of everything. She doesn't have any problem calling taxis either. The pool was refreshing and clean. You can walk a few minutes down to the river and there are picnic tables there.
